After activation, do I pay per user?

No. The base package includes 5 users. You can add more upon request, with scalable costs.

Does the fee also cover updates and hosting?

Yes. The annual fee includes platform use, basic technical support, IBM Cloud hosting, and all updates.

Can I start with just one module?

Each activation includes the Logistics or Transport module. You’ll already have nearly ten dashboards with the most important data to help you get started. Later on, you can always expand.

If my company grows, can I switch to the Enterprise version?
